Our range of workshop activities are not restricted to Turned/Milled components, but include assembly and light fabrication projects, brazing, and welding. The Machine Shop also houses a comprehensive range of ancillary equipment, including inspection and measuring instruments.
Our turning/workholding capacity ranges from 1mm to 500mm diameter, utilising collet systems, chucking and face plates.
Whether from Barstock or Billets we work with a wide variety of materials. The most common of which being Stainless Steels of various grades, including 303, 304, 316 etc. Closely followed by Aluminium Alloys and mild, free cutting, carbon steels, hardening steels, silver steel, tool steel, case hardening steel etc.
